We specialise in full and part house clearances and are licenced to clear all types of residential properties, plus, sheds, garages and outbuildings. We will work with you closely and help guide where needed in the removal of items in your property.
Our caring and understanding staff are there to assist you in what can be very difficult times. Whether you're dealing with a bereavement or your personal circumstances have changed, we work with the upmost respect for your situation, as well as your belongings.
Services for Professionals
We offer a clearance service for commercial companies. This includes all forms of office, retail, and storage facilities.
We take on contracts for local authorities, plus, provide a professional probate clearance service to solicitors and executors.
Our highly experienced staff can provide reasonable and honest rates for removal of goods.
Recycling
& Sales

Our aim is to recycle and/or reuse as much of the items we clear, as possible. Our team clean and repair items to a good standard. We have a large second-hand store in Sheerness, full of furniture and white goods. We pride ourselves on our successful Facebay site and currently have over 4,000 members. Here you can browse through the page and buy goods to be re-homed and re-used. We offer a free local delivery service and can provide reasonable delivery charges to other areas.
